As a Sr. Roofing Specialist, you’ll have assigned territories, strong operational support, proven systems, marketing support, and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do
- Canvass assigned territories
- Perform roof inspections
- Secure signed contingency agreements
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Complete project scopes using Hover
- Lead homeowner meetings and get signed contracts
- Submit complete job documentation to our claims team
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Collect customer payments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales with at least 2 years experience
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Strong follow-through
- Clear, professional communication
- Ability to work within established systems and processes
- Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
Compensation
Sr. Roofing Specialists can realistically earn $150,00- $250,000.
Compensation includes:
- Guaranteed onboarding pay
- Commission based on revenue, paid weekly as customer payments are collected
- Sales bonuses and incentives
