Tierra Realty is a real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales. We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business decisions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to sales, customers, and business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple business sources. * Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and insights. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. * Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports. * Use Microsoft Excel and SQL to organize and analyze datasets. * Create dashboards using Power BI or similar data visualization tools. * Support business teams with data\-driven recommendations. * Collaborate with internal departments to improve reporting processes and data quality. * Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of business data.
**Required Skills**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). * Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data. * Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is preferred. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or business analytics is an advantage. * Knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not mandatory. * Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
