**About the Role**

We are representing a growing client that partners with one of the country's leading wireless providers. They are expanding their event marketing team and are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to represent the brand at promotional pop\-up activations across Louisville.

This role combines event marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. You'll be the face of exciting campaigns, introducing shoppers to the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through engaging conversations and interactive experiences. Working across shopping centres and retail partner locations, you'll help create positive first impressions while supporting campaign awareness and customer acquisition objectives.

**What You'll Be Doing**

· Represent the client at branded pop\-up activations within shopping centres and retail partner locations throughout Louisville.

· Set up, maintain, and dismantle promotional displays, digital screens, and campaign materials before and after each event.

· Engage shoppers through friendly, natural conversations to introduce current campaigns, products, and promotional offers.

· Deliver interactive brand experiences, including product demonstrations, giveaways, competitions, loyalty programme registrations, and app downloads.

· Answer customer questions while creating positive, memorable interactions that increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Capture customer engagement data, registrations, and qualified leads using tablet\-based systems before passing opportunities to the wider sales team where appropriate.

· Monitor campaign activity throughout the day, recording engagement levels and supporting daily performance objectives.

· Keep the promotional space professional, organised, and visually appealing throughout each campaign.

· Work closely with fellow event representatives and campaign managers to ensure each activation delivers an exceptional customer experience.

**What We're Looking For**

· An outgoing, confident personality with excellent communication skills.

· Someone who enjoys speaking with new people and thrives in busy public environments.

· Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work campaign schedules, including weekends when required.

· Comfortable learning tablet\-based applications and digital registration systems.

· Previous experience in events, promotions, hospitality, customer service, retail, or sales is beneficial but not essential.

· A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for representing well\-known consumer brands.
