Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and store compliance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers, addressing concerns, and supporting sales initiatives.
- Support the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of store staff.
- Manage inventory activities, including stock receiving, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor sales performance and support strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain store records, and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
- Strong background in sales management, sales target achievement, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.
- Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements relevant to retail operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.
Work Schedule/Set-up:
- On-site/Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
