Billing And Delivery Analyst
Función Principal:
- Responsable de asegurar la correcta facturación de los servicios pospago contratados por los clientes, garantizando la certificación electrónica oportuna ante la SAT y la entrega eficiente de la factura final al cliente.
Requisitos:
- Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Sistemas, o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención a cliente y servicios administrativos (facturación de preferencia)
- Capacidad de análisis numérico para prevenir discrepancias.
Conocimientos Específicos:
- Dominio de Excel avanzado para el manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos, así como dominio de PowerPoint para presentaciones claras y efectivas.
- Conocimiento de plataformas de facturación masiva (AS400, NAF, eBs) de preferencia.
- Conocimiento básico de las normativas SAT.
Competencias y Habilidades:
- Comunicación asertiva y liderazgo para actuar como enlace en la resolución de incidencias.
- Iniciativa para proponer e implementar automatizaciones y estandarizaciones en los flujos de facturación.
