* Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures. * Perform regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. * Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. * Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports. * Investigate customer complaints and non\-conformance issues. * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to ensure quality goals are met. * Provide training and support on quality standards and processes. * Suggest and implement continual improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with ISO standards or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
