**Job Requirements**
* Lead the electrical design, development, and documentation of battery production machinery. * Oversee the creation of electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring harness designs. * Develop and review BOMs, technical documents, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals. * Direct the design and integration of PLC, HMI, and electrical control systems. * Coordinate with procurement teams for supplier evaluation and approval of electrical components. * Support and oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). * Collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, and cross\-functional stakeholders to improve products. * Manage engineering changes, design revisions, and controlled documentation. * Lead, mentor, and develop the electrical design team. * Allocate resources and manage team workloads across multiple projects. * Establish and drive electrical design standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety, cost, and project timeline requirements.
**Work Experience**
* Proficiency in EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent electrical CAD design tools. * Electrical schematic design and control panel engineering. * PLC and HMI programming, integration, and troubleshooting. * Electrical panel design and system integration. * Knowledge of industrial control systems and automation architecture. * Experience with Servo Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), sensors, and safety circuits. * Wiring harness design and electrical component selection. * Preparation and management of Bills of Materials (BOMs). * Reverse engineering of electrical systems and imported machinery. * Localization of machinery and electrical components for regional manufacturing. * Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). * Electrical documentation, technical manuals, and engineering change management. * Battery manufacturing equipment knowledge (winding, stacking, laser welding, formation processes). * Supplier technical evaluation and component qualification. * Design validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. * Compliance with electrical safety standards and machine safety requirements.
