Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or freight pricing.
- Knowledgeable in freight rates, quotation preparation, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
- We accept fresh graduates
- Familiar with import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Source, review, and compare freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and logistics providers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams regarding rates, shipment schedules, and freight inquiries.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of freight quotations and shipping documents.
- Monitor rate validity, surcharges, and changes in freight costs.
- Maintain updated freight rate sheets and pricing records.
- Assist in resolving freight pricing discrepancies and shipment-related concerns.
- Ensure timely responses to quotation requests and compliance with company procedures.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
