The role
As Sales & Cabinets Analytics Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping our EMEE Ice Cream sales teams make better commercial decisions through two key areas: optimising our cabinet fleet and turning sales data into actionable insights.
You’ll own the cabinet fleet strategy across Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Croatia, ensuring our cabinets are placed in the right outlets, used effectively and delivering the expected return on investment.
Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of sell-in and sell-out reporting, bringing together data from retailers, concessionaires and other sources to give sales and management teams accurate, timely and meaningful visibility of performance.
This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting commercial thinking, financial analysis and data and turning insights into practical actions that help the business grow.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own the cabinet fleet strategy across the markets in scope, including fleet size, cabinet mix, placement and optimisation of existing assets.
- Build the annual cabinet CAPEX proposal, developing clear business cases and expected returns for investments.
- Track cabinet performance through measures such as sales per cabinet, ROI, utilisation and placement quality, identifying opportunities to improve returns.
- Negotiate annual cabinet-related contracts with distributors, service providers and other external partners and monitor delivery against agreed commitments.
- Act as the key point of contact between sales teams and customers for cabinet placement requests, agreements, movements and removals.
- Partner with concessionaires to ensure cabinets remain operational in market while monitoring the associated budget.
- Maintain an accurate cabinet asset register, including location, condition and contract status.
- Manage and analyse sell-in and sell-out data from retailers, concessionaires and other sources, delivering accurate and timely reporting.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track commercial performance against agreed KPIs and support decision-making.
- Run regular data-quality checks, investigate discrepancies and ensure reporting reconciles with source systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve the efficiency and reliability of recurring analysis.
- Support and lead data migrations between systems, ensuring information remains complete and consistent throughout the transition.
- Act as the first point of contact for reporting and data issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Translate data into clear commercial insights, explaining the drivers behind performance and recommending specific actions to sales teams.
- Present cabinet and sales performance to sales leadership and help agree priorities and next actions.
We're looking for someone who
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or another relevant field.
- Brings at least 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales analytics, finance analytics or a similar role.
- Has hands-on experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI or a comparable business intelligence tool, together with strong Excel skills.
- Understands how sales, trade marketing and route-to-market models operate within FMCG.
- Can look beyond the numbers and explain what the data means commercially and what action should follow.
- Is comfortable working with CAPEX, business cases, payback and ROI analysis.
- Has the confidence to negotiate with external partners and influence sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders.
- Takes a structured approach to problem solving, identifying root causes rather than simply working around issues.
- Can collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Tax and Planning teams.
- Is fluent in Greek and English.
Experience managing cabinets, coolers or other FMCG trade assets would be a strong advantage, particularly within ice cream or beverages.
Additional experience with DAX, SQL or Python, CAPEX business cases, data migration or system change projects would also be valuable.
Above all, we're looking for someone who can connect data, commercial performance and investment decisions, turning analysis into practical actions that support profitable growth.
