Are you passionate about entertaining and educating America's children? If so, read on! We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing of our growing brand in the U.S. The primary focus will be overseeing our expanding product line of devices, Tonie figurines, and accessories. In this role, you will drive product marketing strategies, manage key cross-functional initiatives, and oversee a Product Marketing Coordinator to ensure smooth execution. Help us make a difference by inspiring and developing our country's next generation of storytellers, thinkers, and problem solvers.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Duties/Responsibilities: Lead product marketing strategy to ensure successful launches and sustained brand growth

  • Own North America product readiness for major tentpole and booster marketing moments, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely, on-brand execution
  • Identify and recommend key products for PR, influencer, and campaign opportunities aligned with brand priorities and business goals
  • Oversee implementation of marketing plans across all product launches

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Content, Product, and Operations to manage launch readiness and keep projects on milestone

  • Work with Trade Marketing to support retail expansion at Target, Walmart, and other key accounts, aligning in-store and online strategy
  • Partner with Operations to track timelines, product availability, and execution milestones — proactively flagging risks and adapting plans as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, Product, and Creative to define focus SKUs, support photoshoot planning, and deliver finalized marketing assets with agencies and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with licensor partners, managing approvals and collaborating on GTM planning and key marketing initiatives

Communication & Reporting Present company-wide on upcoming product marketing initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned on dates, messaging, and deliverables

  • Serve as the key point of coordination with the NA Portfolio Lead, supporting communication with Global Portfolio on new product development and changes
  • Analyze and report on product launch performance using Tableau, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize strategy
  • Own Asana as the Product Marketing system of record, driving daily coordination, launch tracking, and timelines
  • Work closely with the local market Product Information Owner to keep Salsify up to date with any change memos or product data updates
  • Identify and proactively drive resolution to roadblocks, risks, and issues related to product, process, and toolboxes
  • Connect the dots across initiatives, stakeholders, and processes to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a Product Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and support on daily tasks and professional development

What we are looking for:

Requirements: Passion for early childhood entertainment and education

  • Proven product marketing experience, ideally in toys, entertainment, or consumer goods
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring/managing a direct report
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Content teams
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Google Suite, Miro) to drive cross-functional alignment
