Job Description
- Write service and landing pages, long-form blogs, and case studies built on research and internal project demos not surface-level summaries
- Attend walkthroughs and demos of delivered projects, ask the right questions, and turn what you see into a clear story of problem, approach, and outcome
- Own on-page SEO for what you write: keyword research, structure, internal linking, meta descriptions
- Hand off publish-ready drafts to the [web/marketing] team, and flag existing pages that need refreshing
- Write campaign copy alongside the marketing team email, ads, gated assets
- Present drafts to the marketing team and, for major pieces, to founders; revise on feedback
- Keep voice and positioning consistent across everything we publish
Key Responsibilities
- 3+ years writing for a technology company, software services firm, or B2B tech agency
- A portfolio of 3–5 published pieces you wrote start to finish, ideally including one case study or technical explainer
- Ability to sit through a project demo, follow what's happening, and ask the questions that produce a usable story
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and at least one research tool ([Ahrefs / SEMrush / Search Console])
- Strong written English clean structure, no filler, minimal editing needed on a second draft
