Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
The Controls Technician/Controls Engineer is responsible for fulfilling control projects, providing timely control estimation, preparing quotations, and supporting both the Service Sales and Product Sales teams. This role involves project managing and fulfilling control projects, providing technical support to technicians, assist SSE with control service agreement estimation, and managing and generating reports connected to services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of existing BMS Sites
- Prepare quotes for equipment repairs/upgrades
- Prepare reports for work Completed
- Develop and commission of small to large BMS projects
- Programme Controllers and System Software
- Prepare and maintain site documentation
· Assist sales team on the pricing of BMS projects
- Adhere to the Company EHS policies and procedures
Experience/Qualifications:
- Experienced HVAC Controls Technician/Controls Engineer. Trane Tracer experience desirable but not essential.
- Restricted Electrical License is an essential requirement
