About the Role
We are looking for an HR Transformation SME / Consultant who can assess existing HR practices, identify gaps, and develop solutions aligned with client business needs. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on HR consulting experience, and the ability to take projects from diagnosis through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR diagnostics and process reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Design and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to employee development and offboarding.
- Develop performance management frameworks, including KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, review processes, and performance scorecards.
- Support organization design, organization structures, job descriptions, role clarity, and responsibility mapping.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking and support salary structures, grades, and internal parity reviews.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, process maps, templates, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning and development plans.
- Gather business requirements for HR technology and support process automation and implementation.
- Create HR dashboards and reports that translate workforce data into actionable insights.
- Facilitate client discussions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, recommendations, and project deliverables.
- Track project milestones and support implementation, change communication, and adoption.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, HR process improvement, or a comparable role.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects across multiple HR areas, with demonstrated depth in at least two.
- Working knowledge of performance management, organization design, HR policies, and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking, HR audits, or change management.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, Power BI, or other HR reporting and automation tools.
