We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Specialist. This role focusing on developing and improving Business Intelligence solutions that transform facility management and real estate data into actionable business insights.
The consultant will be responsible for developing interactive Power BI dashboards, designing data models, improving data governance and ensuring reliable reporting across multiple business systems.
The role requires a strong hands-on Power BI developer who can work independently while collaborating closely with data engineers, business stakeholders and internal teams.
Your responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Build and optimize Power BI data models to support business reporting and decision-making.

Develop advanced DAX queries, calculations and measures.

Integrate data from multiple business systems, including:

SAP ERP

Spacewell Facility Management

Resource Finder

Perceptyx Survey

Improve data governance, data quality and reporting consistency.

Monitor dashboard performance and optimize existing reporting solutions.

Perform data analysis, including time-series analysis and identification of business trends.

Translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly visualizations and actionable insights.

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines and accurate reporting.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify improvement opportunities.

Maintain and improve existing BI solutions, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.

Apply best practices in data visualization, UX design and collaborative software development.
We are looking for you, if you have:

Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.

Knowledge of SAP BW and SAP Datasphere.

Experience integrating Power BI with SAP environments.

Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines and collaborative software development practices.

Previous experience with facility management, real estate or workplace management data.

Experience working with multiple enterprise data sources and reporting systems.
