Job Description:
- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping for Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, etc.
- Identify and recommend elimination of redundant steps, excessive checks, and manual workarounds.
- Work with ERP vendors to validate configurations against business needs and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, drive consensus, and secure sign-off on process designs.
- Embed regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, BIR) into process changes.
- Support data migration mapping, validation, and fit-gap analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, including testing experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Procurement and ERP implementation, replacement, or upgrade projects, with expertise in SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Grow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle NetSuite.
- Proven experience in business process optimization, process modeling and documentation (BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart), dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting, with the ability to challenge legacy processes constructively.
Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
