- 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations for a US company, across websites, email and SMS
- Has personally built campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Mailchimp
- Comfortable editing WordPress or Webflow sites, with basic HTML and CSS
- Uses AI tools every day and can show real examples of automating their own work
- Has worked close to lifecycle marketing and paid media, and knows the metrics that matter
- Highly organized, with excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and a backup connection
You'll keep our websites, landing pages and patient funnels sharp, using Claude and AI workflows to move fast across all six brands. You'll be the hands-on operator behind our marketing systems, and each time we acquire a clinic, you'll lead its marketing integration. We want someone who sees a repetitive task and automates it rather than doing it twice.
What you'll do:

Websites and landing pages: update and improve pages in WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow, and keep forms, booking links and tracking working

Patient funnels: find and fix leaks from first click to booked consultation, then prove what worked with data

AI-first workflows: use Claude, Zapier and similar tools for builds, QA checks and reports, and automate anything you'd otherwise do twice

New clinic integrations: set up email, SMS, booking, tracking, Google Business Profiles and website updates for each clinic we acquire, and document it so the next one goes faster

Email and SMS: build, segment, QA and schedule campaigns in ActiveCampaign, SimpleTexting and GoHighLevel

Reporting: track the metrics that matter and share what's working every week
