We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our real estate operations, ensuring efficient project execution, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across real estate projects, from planning to handover.
- Drive project execution, timelines, quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee construction, procurement, contracts, facilities, and project support functions.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, KPIs, and performance systems.
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve project profitability.
- Lead and mentor senior operational teams and ensure accountability.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and business growth.
- Provide regular operational and performance updates to the leadership team.
Ideal Candidate
- 12–18+ years of experience in real estate, construction, property development, or infrastructure.
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects and large cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in project delivery, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
