We're looking for a skilled Website Designer/Developer who can design and build modern, high-performing websites end-to-end — from concept to deployment.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Website Designer/Developer to design, build, and maintain websites across multiple platforms and client industries. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, solid technical fundamentals across CMS and frontend development, and stays efficient by using modern tools — including AI — to work faster without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Development
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and visually strong websites for clients across industries
- Convert creative concepts and wireframes into clean, functional, high-performing websites
- Build advanced, interactive, and animated web experiences — going beyond standard templated pages
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility
CMS & Platform Expertise
- Build and manage websites on major CMS platforms — WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and similar
- Customize themes, plugins, and templates to match client and brand requirements
Frontend & Interactive Development
- Strong working knowledge of React and modern frontend frameworks
- Build 3D, animated, and interactive elements using tools such as Three.js, GSAP, or similar to elevate website experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices
Backend & Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of GitHub for version control and team collaboration
- Comfortable managing hosting, deployment, and domain/server setup, including platforms like Vercel
- Able to independently troubleshoot backend and hosting issues
Efficient, Modern Workflow
- Use AI tools and modern development workflows to speed up execution and improve output quality
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted/vibe-coding platforms such as Claude, Lovable, and Base44 to accelerate website building
- Stay updated on new design, development, and AI tools relevant to web work, and bring them into practice
Collaboration
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align on creative direction and timelines
- Manage and deliver across multiple client projects simultaneously
Client Coordination & Team Management
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand website requirements, gather feedback, and manage approvals
- Communicate timelines, progress, and technical details clearly to clients, including non-technical stakeholders
- Guide and coordinate with other team members involved in a project (designers, developers, content team) to keep delivery on track
- Take ownership of assigned projects from client briefing through to final delivery
*Requirements*
- Minimum 2 years of experience in website design/development
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, well-designed, and/or interactive websites
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Full working knowledge of major CMS platforms — WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify
- Strong knowledge of React and other modern web technologies
- Experience with 3D/interactive/animated web development (Three.js, GSAP, or similar) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with GitHub, Vercel, and other hosting/deployment workflows
- Comfortable using AI tools and AI-assisted/vibe-coding platforms (Claude, Lovable, Base44, or similar) to speed up design and development work
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Good client communication and coordination skills
- Ability to guide and manage a project team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
