Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, sales, and conversion rates.
- Identify and resolve listing, catalog, inventory, and account health issues.
- Track product rankings, traffic, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and content teams.
- Work on strategies to improve organic rankings, sales, and profitability.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of practical Amazon account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and listing optimization.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword research.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Keepa, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Amazon Advertising Console.
Experience with international marketplaces such as Amazon US, UK, Canada, or Europe is an advantage.
