About the Role
Join the go-to-market team at a Series A HR technology company and help build its outbound sales engine. You will connect with HR, Finance, and executive leaders at multinational businesses, helping grow a modern employee benefits platform.
What You'll Do

Generate top-of-funnel pipeline and aim to book approximately 10 qualified meetings per month.

Reach enterprise prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound campaigns.

Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support effective handoffs.

Use AI tools and modern sales technology to automate manual tasks and increase outreach effectiveness.

Share prospect feedback and market insights with Product and Leadership to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For

One to three years of outbound BDR or SDR experience selling HR technology in a B2B SaaS environment.

A record of achieving or exceeding quota, ideally at a high-growth startup from Seed through Series C.

Confident cold-calling skills and experience engaging senior HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.

Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and ChatGPT or other AI tools for sales workflows.

Experience working in a hybrid team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is £40,000 to £43,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with two to three days per week in the office.
