We are seeking a full time social media and content creator for our busy and vibrant team \- this is a growing business and all hands on deck is required ! We want someone with a strategy for growth! Building their own team over time and endorsing and building the business to the best standard possible !! We want people who are inspiring, creative, energetic, confident and willing to push themselves outside of their comfort zone ! **Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, and search engines. * Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. * Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns. * Create compelling copy for advertisements, blogs, newsletters, and social media content to engage diverse audiences. * Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop and WordPress to design visuals and maintain website content updates. * Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to refine strategies and maximize ROI. * Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
**Skills**
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. * Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail in content creation. * Experience with Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and email marketing tools. * Solid understanding of B2B (business\-to\-business) marketing strategies and tactics. * Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational skills with effective time management to meet deadlines consistently. * Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
