AI Integration Engineer

1. Role Objective

To design, develop, integrate, and optimize AI capabilities within the TGIP Agentic AI Orchestration Platform (AAOP) and its Just-in-Time Applications (JITA) ecosystem.

The role focuses on connecting Large Language Models (LLMs), developing intelligent agents, engineering prompts and personas, and ensuring AI-powered applications deliver accurate, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient outcomes.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. LLM Integration & Orchestration

• Integrate multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and local/open-source models.
• Develop intelligent model-selection and switching mechanisms based on task complexity, performance, and cost.
• Implement API integrations and manage LLM interactions within AAOP.
• Optimize token consumption, response latency, and inference costs.

B. Prompt Engineering & AI Personas

• Design and maintain system prompts, agent instructions, and AI personas.
• Develop department-specific and task-specific AI behaviors.
• Implement structured outputs and response validation.
• Improve AI response accuracy, consistency, and contextual relevance.

C. Agentic AI Development

• Design AI agents capable of executing business workflows.
• Implement tool calling, function calling, and MCP-based integrations.
• Develop multi-step agent workflows and orchestration logic.
• Integrate AI agents with business applications such as Odoo, Zoho, eBay, and internal enterprise systems.

D. JITA Integration

• Integrate AI capabilities into Genie Chatbot (GCB).
• Support Genie Voice Interface (GVI) for Android and iOS.
• Enable AI-powered widgets, dashboards, and enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with frontend and backend developers for seamless AI integration.

E. AI Performance, Security & Quality

• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
• Develop safeguards against hallucinations and prompt injection.
• Ensure secure handling of API credentials and enterprise data.
• Monitor LLM performance, token usage, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to validate AI functionality before production deployment.

4. Expected Deliverables

• Multi-LLM integration: Reliable integration and switching between supported AI models.
• AI persona management: Standardized, reusable prompts and personas across TGIP.
• Agent development: Functional AI agents capable of completing defined business tasks.
• JITA enablement: AI services integrated with GCB, GVI, and other JITA applications.
• Cost optimization: Measurable improvements in token efficiency and cost per completed task.
• Quality assurance: Tested AI workflows with documented accuracy, failures, and limitations.
• Documentation: Technical documentation covering AI integrations, agent configurations, and deployment requirements.

5. Responsibilities should focus on three outcomes:

1. Intelligence: Selecting the appropriate model and designing the prompts, personas, and agent behaviors needed to complete a task.

2. Integration: Connecting AI capabilities to TGIP’s orchestration platform, business tools, and JITA applications.

3. Optimization: Delivering the required accuracy, reliability, and performance at the lowest practical cost per successful task.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
