Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically interested Electrical Engineer – Fresher to join our CT/PT Transformer manufacturing team. The candidate will get an opportunity to work on manufacturing, testing, quality, and production activities related to Current Transformers (CT) and Potential/Voltage Transformers (PT/VT).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and production of CT/PT Transformers.
- Understand transformer drawings, electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Assist senior engineers in testing and inspection of CT/PT transformers.
- Perform/assist with routine electrical tests as per company procedures and applicable standards.
- Support production, quality, and testing teams in day-to-day activities.
- Check materials, components, dimensions, wiring, and assembly as per drawings/specifications.
- Maintain production and testing records.
- Identify basic electrical or manufacturing issues and report them to senior engineers.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Learn and work according to relevant transformer standards and company quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Testing, and Design departments.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of CT, PT/VT, transformers, insulation, turns ratio, and electrical testing.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn transformer manufacturing and testing processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year experience may also be considered.
- Candidates must have a strong interest in working in the CT/PT Transformer manufacturing industry.
Preferred Candidate
- Fresher with a strong interest in electrical equipment and transformer technology.
- Ready to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Willing to learn practical aspects of CT/PT Transformer manufacturing and testing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
