About the role

#### **What we’re looking for**

We are looking for a hands\-on **FPV Drone Builder \& Flight Test Specialist** to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R\&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast\-moving defense tech environment.

**Strong hands\-on FPV experience is non\-negotiable.** EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required.

#### **The day\-to\-day**

* Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes * Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links * Test ground control software of autonomous systems * Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation * Build and maintain test setups, fixtures, and supporting test devices * Report test results, learnings, and improvement ideas directly to the R\&D team

#### **You should apply if you**

* Have strong hands\-on FPV experience – building, flying, tuning, and repairing * Are comfortable working in Betaflight or similar software * Have a good feel for flight behaviour and practical debugging * Work in a structured, tidy, and reliable way * Give clear, honest feedback when something doesn't work * Are available full\-time and on\-site * Hold EU citizenship or are eligible for EU security clearance * Drivers License class B

#### **Nice to haves**

* Basic coding or scripting experience * Background in defense, security, or operational drone environments
