Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. * Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, reels, carousels) in collaboration with the design team. * Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. * Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools. * Respond to DMs, comments, and community queries in a timely manner. * Plan and execute monthly calendars and campaign plans aligned with marketing goals. * Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. * Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. * Collaborate with influencers and manage small\-scale influencer campaigns if required. * Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in related field. * 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in Social Media or in a similar role. ( Prefered work experience with renowned brands ) * Strong understanding of social platforms and their algorithms. * Use AI platforms for video generation, voiceovers, subtitles, and enhancements * Hands\-on experience with Canva, basic editing tools, and social scheduling tools. * Good copywriting and caption\-writing skills. * Ability to think creatively and generate fresh, engaging ideas. * Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
