We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst / Inventory Specialist to support warehouse and e-commerce operations by monitoring stock levels, managing incoming shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This role is essential in preventing stockouts, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining efficient inventory flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Inspect goods for quality, damage, and discrepancies, and report any issues to the appropriate teams
- Record and update inventory data in the inventory management system (IMS) with accurate quantities and product details
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations following proper stock arrangement procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely replenishment and stock availability
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies through investigation and reporting
- Support warehouse operations by maintaining proper documentation of incoming and outgoing stock
- Follow warehouse safety standards and ensure proper handling of goods
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS) and basic computer applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
- Physically able to lift, move, and handle inventory items as required
- Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and operational issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or e-commerce environment
