**About the Role**

Join the Autonomous Mobility \& Delivery (AM\&D) team to launch and scale autonomous deployments across DACH. This role sits at the center of Uber's operating model and requires strong cross\-functional execution across Operations, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Fleet Ops, Legal, Policy, Safety, Marketing, and external AV partners.

You will own launch readiness, testing coordination, issue resolution, partner management, and ongoing marketplace performance. The role requires strong internal navigation, ownership, and the ability to drive execution end to end.

Own launch readiness for AV deployments across DACH * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Coordinate dependencies across local Ops, central Ops, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Fleet Ops, and other stakeholders * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Lead pre\-launch testing and configuration validation; track, escalate, and resolve issues * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Run launch and operational cadences; track milestones and ensure execution * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Analyze market and partner performance; identify root causes and implement improvements * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Manage AV partners and fleet operators against timelines, commitments, and performance targets * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Build scalable processes, operating rhythms, and launch playbooks

**Basic Qualifications*** p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Near native level of German, fluent English * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

4\+ years in operations, strategy and operations, consulting, marketplace operations, program management, or similar * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Strong analytical skills * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Proven experience driving cross\-functional execution

Strong understanding of Uber marketplace dynamics, launch processes, and internal tools * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>

Experience working with Product and Engineering teams * p]:pt\-0 \[\&\>p]:mb\-2 \[\&\>p]:my\-0"\>
