EXPERIENCE 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design. Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, mobile apps, and web platforms. Experience working with cross-functional product and development teams.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Design seamless user journeys that improve usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Convert business requirements into practical and visually appealing design solutions. Continuously improve product usability through user feedback and stakeholder inputs. Design KPI dashboards, reports, analytics screens, and management information systems. Create effective data visualizations, charts, filters, and reporting interfaces. Present complex business data in a clear, actionable, and user-friendly format.
Develop and maintain reusable design systems, UI component libraries, and design guidelines.
Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms. Apply modern design principles related to typography, spacing, color systems, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Participate in requirement discussions, product planning sessions, and design reviews. Provide detailed design specifications and collaborate with development teams during implementation.
Review developed screens to ensure alignment with approved designs and user experience standards.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design workflows, prototyping, content generation, and visual asset creation.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Continuously explore opportunities to improve productivity and user experience through modern design methodologies.
Pay: ₹50,280.12 - ₹70,492.40 per month
