We are looking for an analytical and creative UI/UX Designer to deliver intuitive, engaging, and end-to-end digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. In this role, you will bridge user needs and business goals by conducting user research, crafting user flows, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and delivering polished, production-ready interface designs. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to transform complex problems into elegant user-centric solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: [3+] years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience working on web and mobile applications.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end user-centered design process (case studies featuring research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs).
- Design Tools: Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle).
- Design Principles: Deep understanding of visual design fundamentals (layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, iconography) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
ey ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Strategy & Research
- Conduct User Research: Perform qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, user testing) to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Define Journeys: Create user personas, user flows, task models, and site maps to guide product features and navigation architecture.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests, analyze feedback and user metrics, and continuously iterate on designs based on data.
User Interface (UI) & Visual Design
- Interface Design: Create visually appealing, responsive user interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Design Systems: Maintain, scale, and contribute to our visual design system, UI pattern libraries, and brand guidelines.
- Interactive Elements: Design intuitive navigation components, menus, forms, buttons, icons, and micro-interactions.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
