The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding user requirements, designing user-centric interfaces, developing wireframes and prototypes, and improving the overall usability of our ERP product. The candidate will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver effective and consistent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly UI/UX designs.
- Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for ERP applications.
- Create intuitive dashboards, forms, reports, and other application interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify design improvements.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, layouts, typography, colors, and components.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and usability requirements.
- Understand complex business workflows and simplify them through effective design solutions.
- Prepare design specifications and documentation for the development team.
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and product discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in UI/UX design for web applications, preferably ERP or other business software.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and responsive design.
- Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing ERP, CRM, dashboard-based, or other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaboration with software development teams.
