In this role, you’ll use your strong candidate sourcing skills to identify, engage and manage top talent, matching exceptional candidates with our well-established client base. These are permanent vacancies. The best part? There’s no telesales or business development required! Your focus will be entirely on sourcing, building relationships with candidates and managing the recruitment process from the candidate side. The purpose of this role is to :
- Source high-quality, suitably qualified Candidates
- Screen and conduct interviews
- Manage the Candidate process from sourcing to placement
- Provide a professional and seamless Candidate experience
- Managing Candidate expectations by keeping Candidates informed during the process, interview stages and feedback
- Negotiating offers by assisting in salary negotiations and helping candidates to make informed decisions
- Maintaining Candidate records and interview schedules
- Collaborating with team members and work with other Consultants to share insights and strategies to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and placements
- Provide a professional service to our long-standing client base by providing high quality and suitably qualified Candidates
Qualification & Experience :
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential.
- The role is office based in Bedfordview and will become hybrid after 3-4 months of inhouse training.
