About the role

<p>Are you an aspiring leader who wants to fast-track your path to a CEO or CXO role?&nbsp;</p> <p>At United Media Group, we’re building the next generation of business leaders through our Chief of Staff program. A unique program for people who want responsibility early on and are comfortable being pushed outside their comfort zone.<br><br>From day one, you will take full ownership of a core function within one of our portfolio companies. You’ll be responsible for tackling the toughest problems, making decisions, building processes, and being accountable for results in a fast-moving environment.&nbsp;</p> <p>Essentially, you’ll be gaining hands-on experience in what it actually takes to run and scale a company.&nbsp;</p> <p>This program, which runs for an average of two years, will support your development to become “CEO ready” in the fastest and most effective way possible. At the end of the program, we’ll place you in a leadership role with the opportunity to step into a CEO position with significant equity within one of our portfolio companies.&nbsp;</p> <p>Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with experienced CEOs and senior leaders, receiving direct mentorship and continuous feedback. You’ll learn how to hire top talent, build high-performing teams, shape company culture, and make decisions under pressure.</p> <h3><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for high-potential individuals with the ambition to step into a CEO role within a few years.</p> <p>Typical backgrounds include:</p> <ul> <li>Top-tier MBA graduates</li> <li>Experience from management consulting or investment banking</li> <li>Experience from startups or other fast moving environments&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>More importantly we look for people that have extraordinary drive and passion for what they do, take ownership and have the ability to learn fast and get things done. <br><br><strong>About United Media Group&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/joinunitedmedia/" target="_blank">United Media</a> is on a mission to build the world’s largest B2B media company.
