Responsible for administering assigned human resources functions and supporting the effective delivery of HR services throughout the Institution. The Human Resources Manager provides operational support and guidance to supervisors and employees regarding established human resources policies, procedures, and practices; maintains appropriate documentation and records; and monitors assigned HR processes to ensure timely and consistent completion. The position collaborates with departments across the Institution to address staffing and workforce needs and supports the Human Resources Director in the implementation of HR programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures in accordance with institutional requirements and applicable employment laws and regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in Human Resources, including experience in recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, job descriptions, performance management, and employee training and development.
- Preferred: Human Resources experience in a higher education environment.
