We’re on the lookout for individuals who have a passion for helping others, fixing problems, and building long-lasting relationships with new customers. You will also have a commercial mindset to identify opportunities to expand our customer accounts and elevate the adoption of our products to new heights. What are we hiring for this role? We are launching a brand-new Professional Services (PS) function at UpGuard, and this is a Day 1, foundational hire. We aren’t just looking for someone to run an existing playbook; we need an experienced practitioner to help us write it. You will lead complex enterprise deployments while simultaneously working with leadership to build the standard operating procedures that will scale our global team.
