**Job Summary**

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Floor Manager to lead daily operations in a fast\-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain food safety standards, and manage overall restaurant performance. The Floor Manager is a key leader responsible for supervising team members, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth shift operations while fostering a positive dining experience for all guests.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to ensure excellent performance. * Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. * Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. * Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction. * Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising food production, monitoring kitchen operations, and managing labor costs. * Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability. * Support staff training initiatives focused on food safety management, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices. * Collaborate with management on budgeting efforts, promotional activities, and operational improvements to meet business goals.

**Qualifications**

* Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. * Demonstrated supervisory experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining environments. * Proficiency with POS systems such as Shift 4 or Toast; cash handling experience is essential. * Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety standards; certification in food safety is preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and foster a positive work environment. * Excellent communication skills with managerial experience in training \& development, interviewing, and team leadership. * Basic math skills for cash reconciliation, budgeting analysis, and order calculations. * Experience in managing hospitality operations including catering or banquet services is a plus. * Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced setting.
