**About the Role**
The HR Generalist will oversee day\-to\-day human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role will work closely with managers to recruit and retain reliable cleaning staff and office employees while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
**Responsibilities**
* Recruit, interview, and onboard cleaning technicians and office staff. * Coordinate employee orientation and training. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Assist with scheduling new hires, background checks, and employment verification. * Support employee relations and address workplace concerns. * Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. * Assist with performance reviews and employee development. * Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
**Qualifications**
* 2\+ years of HR experience, preferably in a service\-based industry. * Experience with recruiting hourly employees is a plus. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage confidential information professionally. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software. * Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
