This role within URM’s expanding Sales Team is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who has some sales background/knowledge and who is looking to move into an overseeing role. The primary focus of this role is to support the Sales Team with oversight of sales performance and delivery, including lead tracking and management, and to work closely with internal URM teams such as Resourcing, Operations and Marketing.
Overall Responsibilities
To be responsible for oversight of the sales process including lead generation/opportunities, consistent and timely follow up, system set up and recording, and reviewing quotations, order generation and project set up. Ultimately, this role will support the Sales Directors, who have wider responsibilities in addition to managing the Sales Team, providing oversight, timely reviewing of leads, follow up and quotations through to closure.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Sales Team to ensure timely and accurate responses to opportunities and leads, and clear and correct information is maintained on the sales system. The role will work closely with the Sales Directors and with the Sales Team to support timely follow up, individual account reviews and accurate invoicing, ensuring the smooth process and overall effectiveness of the sales function.
Role
- Supporting the Sales Team to ensure accurate, timely and insightful information
- Overseeing the lead generation and distribution process ensuring timely, consistent and effective follow up. Working closely with Marketing to feedback on lead generation activities
- Overseeing the use of URM’s internal CRM system and providing input to its future development. Ensuring that records are up to date, accurate and maintained, and provide sufficient information
- Conducting regular CRM and account reviews with Account Managers, tracking actions through to completion and supporting CRM data quality initiatives
- Reviewing quotations and win by/deliver by dates through to project initiation
- Reviewing previous quotations/delivery/performance to ensure appropriate action and tracking
- Maintaining the proposal library, ensuring final approved versions are stored appropriately, and sales opportunities are correctly tracked within CRM
- Reviewing performance against expectations and providing timely information to Sales Directors
- Supporting the identification of missing website content/internal collateral
- Working with Resourcing/Operations to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to support delivery
- Supporting webinars including prioritising attendee follow-up, tracking outcomes, maintaining feedback records
- Supporting sales incentive initiatives, including event coordination, performance tracking and reward administration
- Ensuring that knowledge and skills sets are maintained.
- Supporting client onboarding activities, including onboarding requests, supplier questionnaires and maintaining associated records.
- Managing customer feedback processes, including shared mailbox administration, maintaining feedback records and supporting customer satisfaction reporting
- Maintaining and updating the company Wiki (Knowledge Base) ensuring employees have access to current sales, webinar, onboarding and company information.
