Utilismart Corporation has created and operates its own secure, cloud-based Meter Data Management (MDM) system along with a wide range of AMI/AMR software solutions and data services for Utilities, Municipalities, Commercial and Industrial and Residential consumers. Utilismart provides information needed to make informed business decisions about electricity, water and gas in the Smart Grid marketplace.
Utilismart Corporation is presently inviting applications for the position of Data Analyst.
What you’ll do:
- Work with data operations team to support customers through accurate and timely delivery of Utilismart Solutions
- Promote positive customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Operate meter data collection systems and Utilismart proprietary systems
- Communicate daily by phone/email with clients, partners and regulatory agencies (such as IESO)
- Conduct data quality audits
- Prepare various reports and proactively identify and resolve any outstanding issues
What you’ll bring:
· The ability to apply technical skills in the assessment of data quality and maintaining delivery standards
· Strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills, mathematical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
· The ability to problem-solve in a complex environment with attention to deadlines.
· Database and SQL experience considered an asset
· Post-secondary diploma or degree in technical, computer science or business and/or equivalent experience is required
