We are looking for a skilled and efficiency-driven Web Developer with English communication skills to join our development team in Jaipur. In this role, you will build, maintain, and scale robust web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and Node.js.
We highly value innovation and productivity; therefore, we actively encourage our developers to leverage modern AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude) to speed up workflows, optimize code quality, and solve complex problems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy clean, scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and Node.js.
- Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using modern JavaScript and frontend practices.
- Design, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Integrate AI productivity tools into your daily workflow to write code faster and with fewer bugs.
- Collaborate with the team using Git version control and participate in regular code deployment cycles.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web applications to maximize speed and scalability.
Requirements & Technical Skills:
- Strong commercial experience with PHP and Node.js frameworks.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Practical knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for development.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and basic understanding of deployment/hosting environments.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively.
- Must be comfortable working full-time, on-site at our Jaipur office.
