Your Day-to-Day:

Engagement fördern: Steigere das Employee Engagement, indem du Teamevents organisierst und an spannenden Kulturprojekten und -initiativen mitwirkst.

Employer Brand aufbauen: Trage zum Aufbau einer starken Employer Brand bei, indem du unsere Social-Media-Kanäle betreust und inspirierende Inhalte erstellst.

Talente gewinnen: Plane und organisiere Rekrutierungsevents, um langfristig die besten Talente für unser Team zu gewinnen.

Gestalte Prozesse aktiv mit: Bringe eigene Ideen ein, um HR-Prozesse neu zu denken und Strukturen rund um People & Engagement weiterzuentwickeln.
Your Profile:

Derzeit eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in den Bereichen Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.

Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich People/HR, vorzugsweise in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld.

Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Content Creation und Social Media.

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

Organisationstalent, das Lust auf Multitasking hat.

Fähigkeit, vertrauliche Informationen mit Diskretion und Professionalität zu behandeln.
