About VantagePoint
VantagePoint is a global finance transformation and technology consultancy helping organisations modernise the finance function through process improvement, data and market-leading technology.
Headquartered in London, we've grown rapidly from a team of five to more than 100 professionals across EMEA, North America and APAC in just seven years.
We work with CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Internal Audit teams and Finance Leaders to strengthen governance, improve assurance and transform the way organisations manage risk through technology and better ways of working.
As our GRC practice continues to grow, we're investing in exceptional people who want to help shape the future of governance, risk and compliance across EMEA.
We're an ambitious consultancy that believes great people thrive when they're trusted early, challenged often and supported to grow. If you're looking for a place where your contribution matters, you'll feel at home here.
The opportunity
We hire people who take pride in their work and want to be part of something exceptional.
We're looking for an experienced GRC Consultant to join our rapidly growing EMEA practice.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of GRC advisory, technology and transformation, helping leading organisations improve how they manage risk, controls, compliance and assurance.
You'll work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead meaningful workstreams and help design and implement solutions using Workiva and other leading technologies. You'll have responsibility from day one, while working alongside an experienced team and contributing to the continued growth of our GRC practice.
Workiva experience is desirable but not essential. We're equally interested in people coming from GRC consulting, internal audit, SOX/ICFR, risk advisory or controls backgrounds who have the consulting mindset and ambition to develop their technology expertise.
This is particularly well suited to someone who wants more ownership and client exposure than they might get in a larger consultancy, while still having the opportunity to work on complex, international transformation programmes.
What you'll be working on
Client delivery
- Lead the delivery of Workiva GRC implementations across complex client environments.
- Manage project workstreams from discovery through to deployment.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Support project planning, mobilisation and delivery governance.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Advisory & solution design
- Design scalable governance, risk and compliance solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
- Advise clients on GRC best practice, operating models and process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality documentation and solution designs.
Delivery excellence
- Lead testing, deployment and user adoption activities.
- Support data integration and migration where required.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
- Coach junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Help improve delivery methodologies and internal intellectual property.
Practice growth
- Support proposals, client presentations and business development opportunities.
- Represent VantagePoint at partner, client and industry events.
- Help identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Contribute to thought leadership that strengthens VantagePoint's position in the GRC market.
Why join VantagePoint?
We're building something special.
Our GRC practice is one of the fastest-growing parts of our consulting business, creating opportunities for people who want to influence how we grow, shape our capability and make a visible impact.

Joining now means becoming part of a practice with significant momentum, backed by a global consultancy that combines advisory expertise with deep technology capability.
