The Sales Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the retail sales team with professional customer programs, customer agreements, and sales performance reporting. This role works closely with the Marketing, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure the efficient administration of sales activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for professional customer programs, providing support to the sales team and professional repair shops. Coordinate the onboarding of new accounts, process registrations, validate enrollment forms, and provide ongoing customer service.
  • Act as the administrative liaison between the Sales Department and other departments, particularly the Sales Support Manager and the Communications Manager.
  • Manage the administration of volume discount agreements and customer contracts in collaboration with the Accounting Department, including accruals, monitoring, annual rebate payments, and contract renewals.
  • Develop, maintain, and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, major accounts, and Salesforce.
  • Maintain and manage customer classifications within the company's internal systems.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly commission reports for Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and coordinate commission payments with the Payroll Department.
  • Build and maintain customer profiles, including services offered, number of employees, operating systems, and other relevant business information.
  • Coordinate internal and external sales and training activities according to the corporate calendar (e.g., supplier clinics, AVAD training sessions, CAR consumer promotions).
  • Manage the communication and distribution of sales tools and materials.
  • Administer the Salesforce CRM platform, including user training, access management, customer support, and ongoing communication with the system administrator in Springfield.
  • Manage the Spectrio digital showroom platform, including user training, access management, customer support, and corporate content administration in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance of all sales administration activities within the EAGLE system.

Qualifications

  • College diploma (DEC) in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong initiative, enthusiasm, sound judgment, and customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on business and customer needs.
