REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
- Familiar with accounting software, especially in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SST, audit, tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in property, engineering, construction, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has experience supervising Junior Finance Executives, providing guidance, monitoring their work, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
JOB SCOPE
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare SST, tax, and audit schedules, and liaise with external parties when required.
- Monitor project costing and intercompany transactions where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Supervise and guide Junior Finance Executives.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by the Manager.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
