MARINE PRODUCTS SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marine Products Sales Manager to join a growing marine industry organization based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong marine/shipping industry experience, proven B2B sales and business development expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Develop new business opportunities within the marine and shipping industry
- Build relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, marine contractors, offshore companies and distributors
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations
- Develop and maintain key customer accounts
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
- Work closely with the product/technical team to understand customer requirements
- Participate in marine exhibitions, conferences and industry networking events
- Take ownership of assigned territory and consistently achieve sales objectives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Mandatory:
- Manager-level experience in Marine / Shipping industry sales
- Strong experience in B2B product sales / business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial and business development mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development
DUBAI POSITION – ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
Valid UAE/Dubai Driving Licence is mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable with extensive customer visits across the UAE.
CHENNAI POSITION
Experience in the marine/shipping industry with strong customer relationships and sales capability is preferred.
A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
PRODUCT TRAINING
Product-level training will be provided by the company.
Candidates therefore do not necessarily need prior experience with the company’s specific products. Strong marine industry knowledge and proven sales capability are the key requirements.
