Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with strong knowledge of civil construction and interior fit\-out works. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control. The role requires extensive on\-site project management experience and the ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor civil and interior projects from inception to completion. * Manage day\-to\-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. * Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines. * Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and schedule. * Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with specifications. * Monitor material procurement, resource allocation, and site logistics. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at the project site. * Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for execution. * Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation. * Ensure timely project handover with all necessary documentation.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in managing civil construction and interior fit\-out projects. * Proven experience in handling commercial, corporate, residential, or retail interior projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
