Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of energy management
solutions to MSME manufacturing customers through field visits, product demonstrations,
and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities

Visit qualified MSME manufacturing customers and understand their requirements.

Conduct factory/site visits and assess energy usage and solution suitability.

Deliver product demonstrations and explain solution benefits.

Generate demand, prepare quotations, negotiate commercially, and CLOSE SALES.

Manage order booking through the designated e-commerce/channel platform.

Build strong relationships with MSME owners and decision-makers.

Follow up with prospects and drive opportunities through to successful sales
closure.

Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience, with MSME sales experience
mandatory.
- Experience in industrial products such as electricals, pumps, motors,
compressors, solar, or industrial equipment.

Proven experience in sales closing and commercial negotiation.

Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby industrial clusters.

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Comfortable working directly with MSME owners and decision-makers.

Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.

Languages: Telugu, English & Hindi mandatory.
