We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support reporting, data analysis and process improvement.
What you’ll do:

Prepare and run daily, weekly & monthly reports

Extract and validate data from systems such as ATS & Cognos
-
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports
-
Ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies in Excel
-
Identify and flag process deviations
-
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and insights for internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
-
1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar role
-
Good Excel skills, including basic VBA knowledge
-
Analytical and structured mindset
-
Good communication skills
-
Good level of English
