Jobe role Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Manage and process payroll activities accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Personal Profile Proven experience as an HR executive or in other HR positions. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g., Manafal, LinkedIn Hiring etc.). Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
