VerveSport is growing at an incredible pace whilst producing premium football kits, boxing apparel and trainingwear to clubs, schools and athletes across the country.
As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Print Manager to lead our production department and ensure every garment leaving our facility meets the highest standards.
This is a hands\-on role in a fast\-paced environment where organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple large orders are essential.
**The Role**
You will take ownership of the entire printing and production process, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating DTF printing equipment to produce high\-quality full\-colour transfers. * Operating vinyl plotters for names, numbers and single\-colour prints. * Heat pressing garments to an exceptional, consistent standard. * Managing the production schedule from goods arriving through to dispatch. * Overseeing between 100\-200 customer orders each week, supported by a Production Assistant. * Planning workloads and prioritising orders to meet customer deadlines. * Monitoring stock, print quantities and garment allocations. * Carrying out quality control checks throughout production. * Maintaining an organised, clean and efficient production workspace. * Working closely with the wider team to continually improve production processes.

Essential requirements:
* Previous experience within garment printing or a similar production environment. * Experience operating DTF printers, vinyl plotters and heat press machinery. * Outstanding organisational and time management skills. * Excellent multitasking skills to change between operations. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality. * High attention to detail. * A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team.Why Join VerveSport?

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year (dependent on experience)
