Vice President of Corporate Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Vice President of Corporate Strategy to help shape long-term growth initiatives and strategic priorities. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, drive strategic planning, and translate market insights into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy initiatives, strategic planning, and high-impact business projects.
- Evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, investments, and strategic transactions.
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Investment, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives from initial analysis through implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, asset management, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience evaluating complex business and investment opportunities.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

Pay: $251,575.81 - $382,542.92 per year
